Community Showcase 7: Creative Contributions from Guild Wars 2 Players

by Anatoli Ingram on 28th October, 2015

Welcome to the community showcase, where we’ll be highlighting some of our favorite amazing projects, activities, and other fan works created by Guild Wars 2 players from all over the world! This month’s selection includes lots of our favorite fan art and projects from the month of October. Check it out below!

Landylachs painted this stunning portrait of the mysterious sylvari Malyck!

The irascible Canach is looking appropriately prickly in this cool sketch by adalheiart.

Most charr aren’t as huggable as this adorable plush by misvia (or so we’ve been led to believe).

RUSTAGE, Sharm, and Sammpo have the whole Player vs. Player song and dance down—and a video to prove it!

DulcineaCosplay and RhainePhotography created both an impressive set of Dry Bones armor and the appropriate atmosphere to wear it in. It’s the style of the season!

Here’s something you don’t see every day—or at all, if you’re viewing it from the front. This illusion knitting project by skaia cleverly conceals a charr warrior.

GuildWaves is the first web radio in Germany dedicated to Guild Wars 2, and they’ve just launched their new website! With their relaunch, they’ve also started a new on-air schedule and are streaming 24/7.

German fansite likes to join GuildWaves for a friendly match of asura ball now and then, and graphic artist and content creator Serenity Moonshadow created art of an umpire to keep an eye on the match!

French fansite has added a nifty database to its main site. You can find Mystic Forge recipes, crafting recipes, items, and much more! Better yet, the database is available in French, English, Spanish, and German.

We love seeing fans’ works of art, creativity, and community organization from around the world. Keep up the excellent work! Hungry for more Guild Wars 2 fan projects? Ready to show off your own?
