Scarlet’s armies have razed Lion’s Arch and occupy the smoldering husk of the proud port city – but she has not won yet! With the noxious miasma dissipating, heroes and friends of Lion’s Arch can mount an assault to re-take the city and fight Scarlet herself. Free the city and put a stop to Scarlet’s machinations!

Destroy Scarlet’s Champions
Lion’s Arch is crawling with Scarlet’s foot soldiers, and her champions are eager to defeat all would-be liberators. You’ll find yourself face-to-face with Scarlet’s most deadly champions: the Aetherblade Admiral, Toxic Spider Queen, Molten Shaman, and more. Worse things await you – beware the giant Assault Knights who guard the only way up to Scarlet’s airship!
Stop Scarlet
Whatever Scarlet’s drilling for in Sanctum Harbor, it can’t bode well for Tyria. Fight your way through the Assault Knights and gain entrance to the Breachmaker. Once onboard the airship, break through Scarlet’s deadly defenses and try to find a way to put a stop to Scarlet and her schemes – for good!
Scarlet must be stopped at all costs.
Save Lion’s Arch and earn rich rewards!
Trophies from Scarlet
You can still return heirlooms and found belongings for rewards, but the Battle for Lion’s Arch holds greater treasures for you: kill enemies for a chance at one of two exotic rifle skins based on Scarlet’s own weapon or power cores to upgrade your Tempered Spinal Blades! Successfully defeating the defenders on Scarlet’s ship will reward you with a rare chance at rewards from past releases! Complete the meta achievement for a reward chest that includes luck, skill points, crafting materials, and more, and finish a special achievement for an exclusive title and universal helm!
Aftermath
A small release will be available on March 18, which will provide an epilogue to recent events. That release will show the aftermath of what players experience in the Battle for Lion’s Arch and will conclude the current story arc.
